You should give Vetoryl to your pet and inform your veterinary doctor about your pet's history, especially if your pets have or have had:
• Dogs with pancreatitis;
• Kidney disease;
• Liver disease;
• Pregnant dogs or cats

Inform your doctor if your pet is pregnant or animal indented for breastfeeding. Do not use the Vetoryl capsule for a pregnant pet. Consult your doctor before administering Vetoryl to a nursing dog or cat. Trilostane may decrease testosterone synthesis and has anti-progesterone properties. Women who intend to become pregnant should avoid handling the capsules.

Tell your doctor about all the medications you use, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, herbal products, and vitamin supplements, to prevent drug interactions which might be fatal to your health. This interaction may make your drug less effective, cause adverse effects, or potentiate other drugs' actions.
