Taking medications that invoke a drowsiness side effect can be worsened by combining it with Elavil.

Elavil Storage and Safety Information

An overdose of Elavil can be fatal. Symptoms of overdose include, uneven heartbeats, extreme drowsiness, confusion, agitation, vomiting, hallucinations, feeling hot or cold, muscle stiffness, seizures, and/or fainting. Seek immediate emergency help or call Poison Control at 1-800-463-5060 immediately if you suspect an overdose.
