Urso is not expected to harm an unborn infant, but it isn’t known how it passes through breastmilk. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing to discuss the risks.

Do not take antacids without your doctor’s recommendation, as some may make it harder for your body to absorb Urso.

Do not take Urso at the same time as cholestyramine or colestipol. Talk with your doctor to determine how many hours apart you should take these medications.
