You should not use this medication if you're allergic to triamcinolone or any of the ingredients in Nasacort Allergy 24HR. Do not take it by mouth. This medicine is for use only in the nose. Do not get any of it in your eyes or on your skin. If it does get on these areas, rinse it off right away. Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use. Do not use more than directed. This medication usually starts to work within 2 or 3 days, but it may take up to 2 weeks to work for some people. Shake the medicine well just before each use. Before using the drug, gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils. To use Nasacort nasal spray. It would help if you aimed the spray toward the side of your nose. Inhale gently when you press down on the bottle to spray the medicine. Be careful not to spray the medicine on your nasal septum. Keep track of the number of sprays used from the device.
