Isopto Atropine (Atropine Sulfate) is a prescription medicine used before eye examinations, such as refraction, to dilate the pupils. The drug may also treat eye conditions like amblyopia and uveitis. The active ingredient in Isopto Atropine is Atropine Sulfate. Atropine Sulfate belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics. It dilates the pupils and reduces swelling and inflammation.
