Clobex spray is used for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults of age 18 years and above. The most common side effects of Clobex spray include burning and itching at the site of application, dry skin, thinning of skin, pain or darkening of the skin around the plaque being treated. Clobex spray can also pass through the skin and use of a too much Clobex spray can shut down your adrenal glands leading to nausea, vomiting, fever, low blood pressure, heart attack and even death.
