Even patients who don’t have heart disease or risk factors could have a stroke or heart attack while taking Clinoril. Get emergency help if you have signs of heart attack or stroke.
Clinoril may also cause stomach or intestinal bleeding, which can be fatal. This can happen without warning, especially in older adults.
Avoid drinking alcohol while on this medication, as it can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
Avoid aspirin or other NSAIDs while on Clinoril, including cold or allergy medicines that contain NSAIDs.
