Daklinza (Daclatasvir Dihydrochloride) is a prescription antiviral medication that is used for the treatment of genotype 1 and genotype 3 chronic hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver. Daclatasvir should never be used without Sofosbuvir. Daclatasvir and Sofosbuvir may also be used with another antiviral medication (ribavirin). These medications are used together to reduce the amount of hepatitis C virus in your body. This will help your immune system to fight the infections and may help your liver to recover. The recommended dose of Daklinza is 60mg taken orally once daily with or without food in combination with Sofosbuvir for twelve weeks.
